Brand Development is currently seeking a Plumber - Service Technician to join our growing team in Regina, Saskatchewan. This position is responsible for service and maintenance for building plumbing systems, including boiler systems and commercial water systems, as well as building maintenance, additions, and renovations at assigned facilities.Who We AreBrandt is a customer driven company, privately owned and family run, strengthened by diversification and succeeding through specialization.   • Building maintenance and repairs with a strong focus on service and maintenance
  • Service and maintenance of commercial plumbing systems including boiler systems and commercial water systems
  • Perform inspections, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and corrective repairs to support safe and reliable operation of building systems
  • Complete small renovation projects
  • Supervise activities of subcontractor personnel to ensure that work is being performed in compliance with Brandt’s standards
  • Coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and completion of work
  • Complete all work in accordance with Brandt’s safety procedures
  • Complete all work within schedule and budget
  • Work alone in a service environment across large, diverse commercial properties
  • Other duties as assigned
What We Look For
  • Must have a passion for service and maintenance
  • Must have strong troubleshooting ability with commercial plumbing systems
  • Must have service or maintenance experience in the plumbing trade including boiler systems and commercial water systems
  • Excellent organization and communication skills – written and verbal
  • Excellent work ethic including the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Reliable and dependable with a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Work is local to Regina
