We deliver superior customer service to patients, healthcare providers and pharmaceutical manufacturers to improve healthcare outcomes for all stakeholders.We are hiring a Program ManagerYou will oversee the planning, implementation, execution and tracking of program deliverables and projects and ensure the program team successfully delivers the desired result on time and with the most efficient resources. The Program Manager manages the organization and execution of both internal and external program deliverables and leads various projects. Leadership of key client projects will be in partnership with the Director and program management team overseeing the program.What you will do:
- Manage program deliverables on time and within scope and ensure program objectives are met
- In partnership with the program management team, manage communication and facilitate meetings with clients
- Own the accuracy and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews, reporting, and billing deliverables, ensuring data integrity, financial accuracy, and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify risks and communicate appropriately with senior management to develop risk mitigation plan
- Support the resolution of program escalations by coordinating stakeholders, ensuring timely communication, and developing corrective and preventive action plans (CAPAs) to mitigate risk and prevent recurrence.
- Promote a cross-functional team approach that enables business questions, decisions, and issues to be discussed and resolved effectively, appropriately, and with alignment and buy-in from all stakeholders
- Drive the modernization and digitization of program management by leading cross-functional teams to proactively plan, align, and execute analytics and digital strategies that deliver near-term operational improvements while enabling scalable, long-term transformation
- Provide a consistent and effective operating model for program teams by organizing internal and external resources, and by proactively managing resource utilization, capacity planning, and resourcing risks to ensure operational efficiency and delivery commitments are met
- Report all Adverse Events (AE) and Product Technical Complaints (PTC) immediately or as soon as possible upon becoming aware of the event as per current policies and procedures
- 3-5 years’ program management or management experience
- Demonstrated leadership
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellence in assessment, communication, critical thinking and decision making
- Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels of the organization
- Computer skills, including MS Project and Visio
- Client-facing experience
- University degree or equivalent industry-related experience
