We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our Westman team in Brandon. This position will be responsible for providing Manitoba and SW Saskatchewan with the highest quality product available - John Deere.In this role you will:
  • Support existing customers in the territory through regular communication and in person visits
  • Uncover new sales opportunities and build customer relationships
  • Prepare quotes and conduct equipment demos
  • Manage inventory and provide input into purchasing plans
  • Complete all sales documentation required, consistently follow the sales process
  • Work at trade shows, clinics and events
  • Provide inside sales support in the branch when required
Required SkillsTo excel in this position, you
  • Have well-developed sales and customer relationship building skills
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Are familiar with the use of Microsoft Office
Required Experience
  • A valid driver's license is required
  • Familiarity with Golf and/or Commercial Turf equipment would be an asset
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma is an asset
  • Professional sales and/or John Deere training is an asset
