- Demonstrated commitment to working safely.

- Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding industrial environment.
- Have reliable transportation to site as the work location is not accessible by transit.
- Previous experience in a forest products industry considered an asset.
- Work independently as part of a team dedicated to safely and efficiently producing lumber products.
- Perform a variety of labour and production duties around the mill supporting the production of our plywood products.
- Do general clean-up activities such as sweeping, keeping equipment clean, etc.
- As part of these activities, you will be required to stand long periods of time, frequently twist and bend while working on the production line.
- Perform most of your work indoors but may be exposed to both hot and cold temperatures from time to time.
- Be required and able to work on one of the following shifts:
- Rotating shift schedule that changes every two weeks, based on the following schedule:
- Day shift - 7:00am to 3:30pm
- Evening shift - 3:30pm to 12:00am
- Weekend Shifts
- Graveyard Shifts 12:00pm-7:00am.
