Weed Man - Saskatoon

- Provide professional lawn care services to customers, including fertilization, weed control, insect control, aeration, and overseeding.
- Communicate with customers as the front-line contact between homeowners and your Weed Man office.
- Analyze and provide recommendations to improve the quality of a customer’s lawn.
- Maintain cleanliness of your assigned truck and equipment
- Safely and knowledgeably handle, mix, transport, and apply chemical products.
- Complete assigned daily work, associated paperwork, and administrative requirements related to the position.

- Saskatchewan Pesticide Applicator License Certification
- A company vehicle, and required equipment will be provided

- Valid Class 5 SK driver’s license with clean driving record
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management, organizational skills
- Able to work 8-10 hours per day
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Adhere to company policies which can be found in the employee handbook (i.e., drug, alcohol, tobacco, cell phone, attendance, etc.)
- Self-motivated and will initiate action when needed
- Requires minimum supervision, but knows when to ask for assistance
