Location: Toronto/NorthYork, Mississauga, Brampton, Burlington, Oakville, Halton, and Hamilton, OntarioWhat you will be doing:Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about the company and its customers.Provide general residential plumbing services to customers.Represent the company in a professional, courteous, and customer service-oriented manner on each and every call.On-site problem diagnosis, accurate estimate repair costs, fixed right the first time, and continual value-added communication with the homeownerInstall, maintain, and repair all types of piping systems, fixtures, and other equipment used to distribute, supply or dispose of water or wastewater, including fixtures systems, and appliances in residential buildingsSet priorities and work assignments to meet established deadlinesPerform diagnostics, repair, maintain, service, and install equipment in accordance with manufacturer specificationsAdhere to all safety rules and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.Correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenanceExplain the value of the company products, services, and programs on every callPerform other duties as required by the supervisor or designate.What you must have:A growth mindset: above all else, we’re looking for people who are dependable, ambitious, and want to grow with the company306A Apprentice License/Certified Plumber – Mandatory5+ years’ experience in the Plumbing fieldMust have a valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstractMust be physically capable of performing all work required of this positionExcellent verbal and communication skillsStrong interpersonal and problem-solving skillsOutstanding customer service with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skillsSalary/Rate Range: $36.54-$38.84/hrFor more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
