- Provide guidance on complex employee matters, including accommodation, return-to-work, and disability management in partnership with Health & Safety and Disability teams
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field with 3+ years of related HR experience, including experience in unionized environments.
- Solid working knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, and best practices
- Demonstrated experience across employee and labour relations, performance management, compensation, and talent acquisition
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and HR technology platforms (Oracle Cloud experience is an asset)
- Preference will be given to candidates with a CHRP designation (or in progress)
