They are looking for a HR Manager to join their team.Roles & Responsibilities:10+ years in HR, 2+ years as a manager.Skilled in handling employee issues and full-cycle recruitment.Experienced in performance management, engagement, and HR processes.Holds a Degree/Diploma in HR or related field, with CPHR designation.Familiar with diverse workplaces and CPG industry.Strong in managing change in complex environments.Requirements:Ensure HR compliance and coordinate policies.Lead recruitment and support plant operations.Expertise in HR tools and projects.Advocate for employees and collaborate with management.Track recruiting metrics and contribute to engagement plans.Nice-to-Have:Experience with HRIS, French proficiency, and government training programs.Additional Details:Regular travel to the BC plant once per week and the ON plant four times per year.Participation in various committees including Social and Health & Safety Committees.If this sounds like you then please apply!**Please note - only qualified applicants will be contacted.$98,000 - $110,000 a year
