Lead comprehensive fundraising efforts through strategic financial modeling
Conduct in-depth market analysis of venture capital trends
Develop robust financial forecasting and budgeting strategies
Ensure regulatory compliance in fundraising and investment activities
Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial planning with organizational goals
Craft compelling financial narratives for potential investors
Support strategic decision-making with data-driven financial insights

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, or startup finance
Proven track record in successful fundraising campaigns
Advanced expertise in financial modeling and startup valuation methods
Strong analytical and communication skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
Deep understanding of startup financial ecosystems
Exceptional ability to synthesize complex financial information

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or CFA designation
Extensive experience in AI/technology sector financing
International fundraising experience
Published financial research or thought leadership
Previous startup leadership roles
