- Define and execute Digital Workplace and endpoint modernization strategies across identity, collaboration, communications, and field technology environments.
- Lead lifecycle management of enterprise endpoints using modern management platforms such as Microsoft endpoint and identity services.
- Drive secure workplace operations through strong cybersecurity governance, including device compliance, patching, and access control.
- Oversee support services, collaboration platforms, voice communications, mobility, and managed print environments.
- Enable enterprise AI adoption within the workplace while maintaining security, governance, and operational readiness.
- Build and lead a high-performing Digital Workplace team focused on service excellence and continuous improvement.
- 8+ years of progressive IT experience with 3-5 years in leadership roles supporting Digital Workplace, endpoint, or enterprise support services.
- Strong technical and strategic experience across modern workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, Teams, endpoint management, and identity platforms.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable service performance, operational efficiency, and business value.
