- Lead the design of complex conceptual, logical, and physical models
- Establish and support data standards, naming conventions, and best practices for data governance and documentation
- Drive the adoption of modern technologies and frameworks
- Lead and support technical decisions, enforce standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, identify risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with guidelines.
- And other duties as assigned.
- 3+ years of experience designing and implementing domain driven data models
- Expertise in Domain-Driven Design, deep understanding of tactical patterns (Entities, Value Objects, Aggregates, Domain Services, Repositories) and strategic patterns (Bounded Contexts, Context Mapping)
- Strong proficiency in SQL, relational, and dimensional modeling methodologies
- Strond understanding of object-oriented design and Agile methodologies.
- Expertise in designing solutions for scalability, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency using cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake…)
- Proficiency using cloud providers (Azure, AWS…)
- Strong knowledge of CQRS and Event-Driven architecture
- Strong knowledge of APIs and microservices architecture
- Proficiency in Ontology and graph data modelling
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools
- Familiarity with AI driven SDLC
- Proven ability to align emerging technologies with organizational goals
- Proven record of building domain models from complex business requirements in an enterprise environment
- Knowledge of the upstream oil and gas domain
