- Greet and assist tenants, guests, and vendors at the front desk.
- Conduct building tours for prospective tenants and event clients as needed.
- Set up and take down rooms for meetings, events, and tours.
- Utilize our event/venue management system to:
- Create and manage event bookings.
- Record layout and inventory requirements.
- Act as a liaison between event bookers and management.
- Communicate with tenants daily regarding mail and courier deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and common areas.
- Monitor security cameras and program access system.
- Collaborate with building management to ensure smooth operations.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the client.
- Maintain accurate records, including daily activity logs and incident reports.
- Previous experience in main reception and administration at commercial properties, or in hospitality and security.
- Familiarity with event management platforms or the aptitude to learn.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Comfortable performing physical tasks related to room setup and takedown.
