Join us on our journey to build a sustainable future, together.About the JobAre You an Experienced Slinger Driver Ready for Steady, Local Work?If you're a skilled Slinger Driver who takes pride in precision, professionalism, and safety, this opportunity is built for you.We're looking for a dependable operator who understands that in the aggregate and road construction industry, your performance behind the wheel directly impacts the success of the entire project. If you value teamwork, reliability, and representing your company with integrity, you'll fit right in.As a Slinger Driver, you'll safely and efficiently operate a variety of aggregate trailers, including AZ, DZ, and Slingers. You'll play a key role in delivering materials accurately and professionally to job sites throughout the region.This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position based out of Owen Sound. With the possibility of overtime, no weekends.Hourly Wage $31What You'll Be DoingOperating equipment in a safe and professional mannerPerforming daily maintenance inspections and reporting mechanical or safety concernsPromoting and upholding a strong safety culture on every job siteWorking responsibly to protect yourself, your team, and the publicServing as a front-line representative of the company with customers and site supervisorsHere's What You NeedMinimum 2 years of Slinger driving experience required * Experience operating aggregate trailers
  • Background in the road construction industry
  • Mechanical knowledge to identify and report equipment issues
  • Understanding of road construction materials, processes, and industry standards
