- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Financial Analysts.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including KPIs and variance analysis.
- Deliver clear financial insights, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership.
- Support month-end and year-end close, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and financial governance.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and support strategic initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally to align financial performance with business goals.
- CPA designation (or equivalent) required.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including FP&A.
- Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis experience.
- Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring teams.
- Experience with a large portfolio ideally a budget of over $250 million or more servicing a minimum of 10 locations or cost centres.
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) are an asset as well as Epicor P21
