Job Description:Robert Half is partnered with a Canadian manufacturing organization who is hiring an Accounts Payable Administrator to their team. This is a full time permanent position located in the Georgetown area. The Accounts Payable Administrator will be reporting to the Controller and will be responsible for;
  • Monitor AP inbox, process PO and non-PO invoices
  • Matching invoices with purchase orders and packing slips
  • Accurate coding invoices, obtaining approvals, and data entry of invoices into ERP
  • Prepare payment runs weekly via EFT, Wires and Cheques
  • Process employee expense reports
  • Follow up with vendors and perform vendor statement reconciliations
  • Support the Controller with Month End Close
Requirements:Qualifications
  • Diploma or Certificate in accounting, bookkeeping or similar highly desired
  • Minimum 2 year's Accounts Payable experience
  • Manufacturing industry experience is an asset
  • ERP experience such as MS Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills and customer service oriented
  • Detail-oriented and ability to work in a high volume environment
