- Manage and process warranty claims with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate with customers to resolve technical inquiries and provide timely updates on warranty status.
- Maintain detailed records of warranty returns, product performance issues, and customer interactions using spreadsheets and internal systems.
- Collaborate with operations and product development teams to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
- Stay informed on product specifications and industry trends to provide expert guidance to customers.
- Support virtual training sessions for customers on product knowledge and warranty procedures.
- Assist with market analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and improved warranty processes
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical customer service within the automotive industry.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address complex warranty issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in phone and virtual interactions.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and other tracking tools; experience with AutoCAD is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
