YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:Team Lead – SQD:Manage a team of approximately six (6) technicians/engineers;Manage employee needs and challenges;Support employee growth and development to strengthen engagement;Align and ensure the department’s vision and objectives to contribute to its success;Contribute to the development of BRP’s culture and values within the department;Be accountable for the team’s results (projects and HR).Supplier Quality Assurance Project Manager – Product Development:Identify, prioritize, and follow up on quality activities (RFM / P3QR) aimed at design robustness, manufacturing robustness, and the robustness of suppliers’ quality systems;Plan and deliver project-specific quality objectives within a gated environment using NPD and APQP;Develop and improve performance indicators for the quality team and suppliers;Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives and Lean Quality initiatives.YOU'ILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or another relevant discipline, with a strong interest in quality assurance;Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the manufacturing sector, including five (5) years in a quality-related supervisory role;Strong knowledge of project management and new product development processes (NPD, APQP);Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;Strong communication and influencing skills;Bilingualism required, both written and spoken (French and English); Spanish is an asset;Strong team spirit and ability to mobilize and engage others;Availability to travel occasionally for short trips.ACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITYBRP is dedicated to nurturing a culture that invites, connects, and propels the ambitions of people of all backgrounds, profiles, beliefs and experiences.
