These clinical interventions focus on issues that require longer-term care, more specialized, or intensive care, all aimed at preventing or better managing performance problems, absences, and workplace disabilities.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing specialized counseling to adult clients with various mental health, addiction, or work-related issues.
  • Conducting client needs assessments and, in conjunction with them, setting goals and developing a strategy to achieve them according to the program's guidelines.
  • Ensuring administrative follow-up on cases, adhering to timelines, and using provided clinical forms.
Profile sought:
  • Master's/Doctorate degree in counseling, psychology, social work, sexology, psychoeducation, art therapy, or career guidance.
  • Psychotherapist license issued by the Ordre des psychologues du Québec is required, except for psychologists.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
  • Experience or training in mental health, substance abuse, or addiction.
  • Ability to assess psycho-social issues and develop treatment plans.
  • Ability to handle high-risk or crisis situations such as suicide or homicide risk, domestic violence, child protection, and public safety.
