The Opportunity:ML6 is thrilled to support one of our favourite General Contractors, in their search for a seasoned Project Manager to add to their team in Waterloo, ON.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Meetings (scheduling, documentation, execution)
  • Clerical Responsibilities
  • Scheduling
  • Progress Billing
  • WSIB / MOL
  • Costing
  • Purchasing
  • Contract Responsibilities
  • Subtrade Contracts
What You'll Need To Be Successful:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related industry experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the ICI construction sector, with a focus on Ontario projects. Additional expertise with Industrial (ie water/wastewater) projects considered a strong asset.
  • Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code, regulations, and construction standards.
  • Proficiency with common Project Management software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional certifications are an asset.
Compensation Range: $110,000 - $130,000
