The role requires direct interaction with Fox technicians, engineers, and managers at all levels.Position Responsibilities:Execute lab tests per documented procedures and engineering directionCollect, document, and communicate test data accuratelySupport sample logistics, including preparation, inspection, and disposalMaintain lab organization, safety standards, and cleanlinessOperate servo-hydraulic, electromechanical, and other custom test equipmentAssist with equipment maintenance and repairsSupport procurement of lab consumables and suppliesContribute to continuous improvement of test methods and documentationAssist in developing new test procedures, fixtures, and equipmentSpecific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:Familiarity with hands-on mechanical work with complex assembliesAbility to read and follow technical documents and test plansBasic understanding of hydraulic and electromechanical systemsProficient in data entry, analysis, and use of Microsoft Office toolsSkilled in using hand tools and precision measurement equipmentStrong organizational and time management skillsClear written and verbal communicationAbility to work independently and in cross-functional teamsPosition Qualifications:Education:Minimum two-year technical degree in Science or Technology.Experience:2 yrs. or more of general mechanical or electrical experience.Experience with servo hydraulic test equipment, preferredExperience in the cycling industry, a plus.Basic machining skills is highly valued.Work Environment and Physical Requirements:Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time.Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer.Disclaimer: This list does not represent all physical demands.
