SALARY RANGE: $105,000 â $130,000 base + bonusAbout the RoleOur client, a high-growth company in the beauty and personal care space, is seeking a Senior Manager of Ecommerce to manage and grow their online retail business across platforms including Amazon, Walmart, direct-to-consumer (DTC), and other major marketplaces.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ecommerce professional with strong Amazon expertise and a passion for driving digital growth.What Youâll Do
- Manage Amazon, DTC, and retail ecommerce channels (forecasting, advertising, inventory, and reporting).
- Act as subject matter expert for Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Walmart Connect, and similar tools.
- Manage, track, and optimize digital advertising (monitoring ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, impressions, and share of business).
- Partner with agencies to deliver high-performing paid search and retail media campaigns.
- Build and optimize product listings with enhanced content, promotions, and on-site advertising.
- Expand presence on new marketplaces such as Instacart, Cornershop, and iHerb.
- Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and creative teams to ensure smooth execution and growth.
- 5â7 years of ecommerce experience, ideally in Beauty, Personal Care, CPG, or Retail.
- Extensive experience managing Amazon and other major ecommerce retailers such as Target and Walmart.
- Deep understanding of Amazon Advertising (AMS/DSP).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience partnering with agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience.
