- Be the organizational backbone of our project teams
- Coordinate day-to-day operations with precision and efficiency
- Contribute to impactful projects that shape communities across the region
- Keep Projects on Track: Format reports, set up spreadsheets for tenders and progress claims, assist with portfolio reviews, and support proposal preparation to help our teams deliver with precision.
- Master of Organization: Scan, file, and manage both digital and paper documents-including drawing markups, FLRA forms, and legal survey research-to keep everything accessible and audit-ready.
- Frontline Ambassador: Greet clients, answer calls, and maintain a welcoming front office presence that reflects WSP's professionalism and warmth.
- Office Operations Pro: Monitor supplies, manage building pass cards, coordinate courier/mail logistics, and ensure the workspace is stocked and running smoothly.
- Team Connector: Order meals for meetings, organize appreciation gifts, and support the social committee in planning events that bring our team together.
- Safety & Facilities Support: Participate in JHSC meetings, take minutes, and assist with building-related inquiries to help maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- You have experience in an office environment and are client oriented.
- You enjoy working in collaboration with other team members
- You enjoy administrative side of things are consider yourself being a detail-oriented individual
- You have a valid driver's license
