Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced ICT Application Analyst to join their team. This is a 12-month temporary full-time contract role, reporting to the Manager of Information & Communication Technology. You will be responsible for supporting Meditech and other clinical applications, interfaces, and integrations with external partners and services. This role is ideal for a regulated healthcare provider with a background in clinical practice, adult education, facilitation, change management, and health information systems.Key Responsibilities:
- Application & End-User Support
- Provide end-user support for hospital applications and systems.
- Work closely with end users to understand workflow changes and resolve issues.
- Support and maintain Meditech application dictionaries and configurations.
- Provide technical support for various external interfaces and integrations with 3rd party systems and partner sites.
- Implementation & System Maintenance
- Ensure implementation design decisions address cross-functional needs and meet best practice standards.
- Review, schedule, test, implement, and document system modifications, upgrades, or application changes.
- Participate in the evaluation of new hardware or software solutions.
- Team Collaboration & Education
- Provide backup support within the application analyst team.
- Offer support and education to end users of clinical systems to ensure appropriate, effective, and safe use of clinical applications.
- Bachelor's Degree (Nursing or other Clinical discipline preferred; candidates with equivalency in education and experience will also be considered).
- Minimum 2 years of hospital experience with a good understanding and working knowledge of Hospital Information Systems (experience with Meditech preferred).
- Experience in Hospital Information System project implementation and support is an asset.

- Ability to work independently and within multifunctional or multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- Reliable with an excellent attendance record and ability to participate in after-hours planned downtimes/application support.
