- Process manual payments to treatment providers (e.g. physiotherapy, massage, chiropractic).
- Contact providers to guide on manual invoice submission.
- Assist in scanning, filing, and printing claim-related documents.
- Transfer digital documents between internal systems.
- Index medical reports and maintain accurate records.
- Print and scan documentation when required.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines and service-level agreements.
- Full-time hours (40 hours/week); start date: October 1, 2025.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- 1-2 years of admin experience in insurance, call centre, or customer service roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable using office technology and databases.
- Able to provide: 3 professional references, and all relevant educational certifications
- Must be able to provide a clear criminal background check
