Description and RequirementsWork Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days/week onsite
Position Type: Contract, 6 months (potential for extension)
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $55/hr (T4) - $70/hr (Inc) (subject to experience/qualifications and employment conditions)Our leading financial client is seeking a Project Manager for the team.Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for a Junior to Intermediate Project Manager to support a range of financial Advice and investment-related projects.
  • The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing tasks across multiple phases of the SDLC, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
  • The PM will coordinate between business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure project goals are met within scope and timelines.
Must Have:
  • 3-5+ years of project management experience, ideally within Financial services, and insurance companies, and other client facing service industries
  • Hands-on experience managing SDLC projects (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
  • Strong documentation skills (e.g., BRD, SRD, status reports, risk logs)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, or Jira
Nice to have:
  • Previous work in assistive tech or personal safety/alert systems
  • Exposure to fulfillment, inventory systems, or mobile platforms
  • Experience designing or launching caregiver portals or client-facing platforms.
