Please do review the job description below and apply it for it.Duration: 04+ MonthsAbout: We are seeking a skilled Integration Consultant with expertise in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Integration to join our team in the industrial products sector. The ideal candidate will lead integration projects, implement UKG solutions, and ensure seamless data flow between systems while adhering to best practices and compliance standards. This role requires UKG Certification and hands-on experience with complex integrations in a dynamic business environment.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement integrations between UKG solutions and internal/external systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and define technical specifications.Execute system configuration, data mapping, and testing for UKG integrations.Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.Provide technical guidance and best practices for system integrations.Document integration processes, workflows, and support procedures.Stay updated on UKG platform enhancements and ensure compliance with certification standards.Qualifications & Requirements:UKG Integration experience with hands-on implementation knowledge.UKG Certification is mandatory.Proven experience in integration projects within the industrial products or manufacturing industry preferred.Strong understanding of APIs, web services, ETL processes, and middleware tools.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:Experience with other HCM/HRIS platforms and system integrations.Knowledge of database technologies and data management practices.Regards, Shivam Sengar Cell: 289.270.1767 Email: shivam.sengar@arctech.com
