This role is not for those looking for an easy or guaranteed-pay job.What You’ll Be Doing:You’ll work 3-4 hour marketing sessions, going door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods in Fredericton, and speaking with homeowners about potential painting projects.Your role is not to sell on the spot.Your role is to:

Identify homeowner interest
Collect qualified leads from real people
Represent the company with integrity and confidence
You’ll receive full training, including:

Objection handling
Professional communication
Staying confident through rejection
No experience needed — coachability and effort matter most.Pay & Performance:This role is paid based on performance.
Average performance: ~ $16.25/hour
High performance: up to ~ $25/hour
+ 1-3% commission on jobs that get booked by marketer's leads
Performance is reviewed after your first 3 sessions. Those who consistently perform below average may not continue — this keeps the team strong and motivated.Schedule:
