- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend APIs and servicesAct as an expert on the evolution of the software architecture of an internally developed network automation platform.
- Participate in the management of the software platform's databases.
- Lead initiatives to improve the platform.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate new functionalities
- Ensure code quality through code reviews and exhaustive testing of the solution.
- Support other team members and exercise technical leadership.
- Proactively solve problems: identify critical needs and take decisive measures to respond effectively.
- Innovate and continuously improve: actively research and implement new ideas and innovative solutions, proactively exploring new domains and growth opportunities.
- Apply complex problem-solving methodologies to intricate challenges, providing effective solutions.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Excellent proficiency in Python and a modern backend framework (e.g., FastAPI).
- Good knowledge of TypeScript and familiarity with a frontend framework like Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of microservices software architecture concepts.
- Experience with SQL databases.
- Experience working in an Agile software development team.
- Good knowledge of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles.
- Experience in cloud computing Azure, AWS, OpenShift (public and/or private).
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or similar.
- Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
- Experience in frontend development.
