- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical designs for 3DEXPERIENCE customizations, configurations, and integrations.
- Define and maintain a robust PLM technical architecture that supports scalability, performance, and long-term platform sustainability.
- Design and manage data models, lifecycle definitions, and data mappings to ensure optimized data governance across the PLM ecosystem.
- Lead and guide development teams in configuring PLM functionalities such as lifecycles, dashboards, UI components, and data definitions.
- Oversee implementation activities including system configuration, integration, data migration, testing, and deployment.
- Proactively monitor development progress, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure adherence to quality and delivery standards.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders while managing expectations around scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE, including ENOVIA and DELMIA, within enterprise PLM environments.
- Solid understanding of PLM processes across engineering, manufacturing, industrial design, and production workflows.
- Experience in system architecture, integration design, and database concepts within large-scale information systems.
- Comfortable working in Agile or SAFe environments and collaborating within cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring junior team members, reviewing code, establishing development standards, and promoting best practices.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and exposure to CAD, CAE, simulation, and software development practices is highly valued.
