About Our Client:This manufacturing company located in the GTA is looking for a full time permanent Human Resources Manager.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance for all human resource responsibilities as well as employee related issues.
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide support and guidance to management and staff.
  • Foster a positive working environment and promote company culture.
  • Implement and sustain Succession Planning and Organizational Effectiveness initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
