- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance for all human resource responsibilities as well as employee related issues.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide support and guidance to management and staff.
- Foster a positive working environment and promote company culture.
- Implement and sustain Succession Planning and Organizational Effectiveness initiatives.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Bachelorâs degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
