- Focus on overall project delivery, client management, and team leadership for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional land development projects - greenfield, infill and beyond
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multidisciplinary land development projects
- Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring satisfaction and strong relationships
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Drive business development, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives
- Manage risk, quality, and project performance metrics
- Guide teams through the approvals process with stakeholders, municipalities and agencies, leveraging our long-standing relationships
- Mentor and develop project teams, fostering a culture of excellence

- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
- Deep understanding of Ontario's land development approvals process
- Proficiency in project management software is an asset
- P.Eng. designation in Ontario (or eligibility)
- PMP certification is an asset
- Valid Ontario driver's license preferred
- 10+ years of experience in land development or municipal engineering, with 2+ years in a project management role
- Well-developed network within the land development industry
