  • Focus on overall project delivery, client management, and team leadership for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional land development projects - greenfield, infill and beyond
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multidisciplinary land development projects
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring satisfaction and strong relationships
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Drive business development, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives
  • Manage risk, quality, and project performance metrics
  • Guide teams through the approvals process with stakeholders, municipalities and agencies, leveraging our long-standing relationships
  • Mentor and develop project teams, fostering a culture of excellence

  • Home offices available in the GTA, Thornhill, Whitby, Kitchener, Hamilton, and London, Ontario with hybrid work flexibility.
What you'll bring:
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
  • Deep understanding of Ontario's land development approvals process
  • Proficiency in project management software is an asset
  • P.Eng. designation in Ontario (or eligibility)
  • PMP certification is an asset
  • Valid Ontario driver's license preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in land development or municipal engineering, with 2+ years in a project management role
  • Well-developed network within the land development industry
