
Social Worker, Psychotherapist or Psychologist (Remote EAP counsellor)

- Provide short-term counseling (3 to 6 sessions) to a diverse clientele by phone and video.
- Manage a varied workload, adapted to different types of clients and consultation reasons.
- Ensure administrative follow-up of files using simple clinical models, facilitating note-taking.
- Master's or Doctorate in counseling, psychology, social work, sexology, psychoeducation, or a related field.
- Member in good standing of the professional order in Quebec corresponding to psychologist, psychotherapist or social worker.
- Minimum of five years of clinical experience.
- Have a confidential workspace at home.
- Ability to set short-term goals and use a solution-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of community resources.
- French required; bilingualism is an asset.
