- Identify and leverage local recruitment resources across the Canadian portfolio to maximize franchise candidate reach.
- Coordinate with local recruitment contacts to manage franchise advertisements and outreach.
- Collaborate closely with the Franchising team to track franchisee applicants, coordinate interviews, and ensure seamless hiring from local recruitment channels.
- Provide recruitment support related to franchising needs as required.
- Serve as the national point of contact for all hourly chef resumes and applications.
- Proactively screen resumes to identify qualified candidates in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews while ensuring consistent evaluation standards.
- Support the People Operations team during onboarding related to hiring documentation and follow-ups, ensure compliance and smooth integration of new hires.
- Maintain and update job advertisements across community and online channels to sustain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Experience in the sushi or food service industry is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of franchise recruitment processes and resources.
- Foundational knowledge of franchising systems and Canadian franchise legislation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with operations and multi-site teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
