Location: Calgary, Alberta
Duration: 6 MonthsIntroductionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead and manage projects within our Information Technology department. The ideal candidate will possess strong project and program management capabilities, along with a robust technical knowledge of IT infrastructure. This role requires working 100% in-office, ensuring seamless delivery from planning to closure while maintaining compliance with scope, timeline, and budget.Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in project and program management
- Core project management expertise, including end-to-end project lifecycle management (initiation to closure)
- Proficiency in budgeting, project planning, resource allocation, documentation, and risk/issue/change management
- Strong technical knowledge in infrastructure, including servers, Citrix, Vblock, data networks, cloud, databases, and storage
- Process and tools proficiency, including MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, ITIL framework knowledge, and Lean/Six Sigma for process improvements
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
- Experience with workstation refresh projects
- Experience with Exchange migration to cloud
- Energy & Utilities industry experience
- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring all phases from planning to closure are executed effectively
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements
