- Design and deliver meaningful engagement, learning, wellness, and appreciation initiatives that reflect team voices and organizational values.
- Foster trust, transparency, and respectful communication across all levels of the organization.
- Lead team recognition programs that celebrate contributions, milestones, and individual strengths and stories.
- Empower teams and individuals to co-create memorable moments and experiences that strengthen connection and belonging.
- Set clear goals and targets for Community & Culture initiatives: track outcomes, analyze data, and continuously improve programs based on insights.
- Produce quarterly and ad hoc progress reports for leadership.
- Track budgets and expenditures accurately and responsibly.
- Partner with Department Leaders and Senior Managers to support team initiatives and priorities.
- Provide guidance, tools, and resources that help leaders nurture engaged and supported team members .
- Prepare and distribute shift briefings and maintain Community & Culture checklists.
- Design internal and external communications and marketing materials across print, digital, and social platforms.
- Curate and share content for Instagram in collaboration with Marketing, ensuring alignment with brand and social media standards.
- Design, manage, and continuously improve the team intranet as a central hub for all teams.
- As a Leader and active member of the Sustainability Committee, you will champion and support sustainability initiatives that encourage participation and foster a shared sense of stewardship - as well as periodically act in the role of sustainability committee co-facilitator.
- Collaborate on administrative tasks relating to our Sustainability initiatives such as preparing communications, updating documentation, and submitting applications.
- Build initiatives and maintain meaningful partnerships with local community organizations.
- Support additional initiatives and projects as directed by Leadership.

- The utmost discretion and act in a professional manner upholding privacy and confidentiality of all related materials and information.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Canva.
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role, an asset.
- The ability to make a 2-year commitment to the position.
