
Sales Representative - General Contractor and Data Centre

- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the Alberta data centre market
- Build and manage relationships with operators, facility managers, and MEP contractors
- Understand data centre operational challenges and align temporary solutions to support uptime
- Conduct site visits and technical assessments to scope power and cooling requirements
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and pricing in line with client needs and project timelines
- Track opportunities and sales activity using CRM tools
- Stay informed on industry trends, new builds, and expansion projects in the region
- 35 years of technical or solution-based sales experience in critical infrastructure, electrical, HVAC, or industrial sectors
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in business, engineering, or a related field
- Experience working with data centres, large IT facilities, or high-spec mechanical systems
- Strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship management skills
- A proactive, self-directed approach and comfort working in high-demand environments
- Willingness to travel throughout Alberta
- The discussed salary range is $85,000 $95,000
- Lucrative Commission with bridge for first year
