- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer commitments are met. Ensure delivery of all clients’ expectations in alignment with AMTRA’s commitments.
- Consult with clients/prospects, vendors, and internal personnel to discuss and validate estimates, coordinate business operations, and resolve issues.
- Follow the AMTRA project management framework and control best practices aligned with company and client requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive Project Plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects.
- Track progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and approved timelines.
- Reports status and variances, escalating to the appropriate stakeholders as issues are identified.
- Coordinate the resourcing function under the guidance of the Director.
- Implement AMTRA’s change management process to address scope, time, or budget change requests.
- Assess change requests to determine impacts to schedule, quality, and risks.
- Develop an effective communications strategy that ensures all project stakeholders are apprised of progress, updates, and risks.
- Work in conjunction with pricing and proposal stakeholders to advise and help prepare standards of work and specifications, and estimation of service effort and costs.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud, security, and endpoint management projects using Microsoft technologies.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
- Report project delivery results with respect to achieved CSAT, profitability and next step opportunities.
- Identify and assess areas where AMTRA’s solutions can lead to potential sales opportunities and improved business outcomes for our clients.
- Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks, ensuring compliance with internal and external security standards.
- Support governance, audit, and reporting requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Senior-level experience in project management with over 6 years of practice, including at least 2 years in cloud and security-related projects..
- Previous experience working within project service delivery organizations
- Must be comfortable communicating with all project stakeholders (business, technical, executive, other PMs)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender Suite, and modern endpoint technologies.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale IT projects with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Negotiation and issue resolution skills; ability to build an open environment where challenges around project priorities and resourcing can be aired and resolved in an objective manner.
- Ability to build and deliver high quality and effective reports and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to operate with independence and autonomy.
- Demonstrated experience building organizational relationships, partnering with and influencing executive leadership while commanding the respect of the individuals you work with across the organization.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Azure and Modern Endpoint solutions and other Cloud-based solutions
- PMP or Agile certifications preferred.
- Previous experience working with external clients and companies, preferably in a client-facing Managed Services Provider scenario (or similar)
