We’re looking for a Gardener Crew Lead to guide a team of gardeners in delivering top-quality landscape care. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll supervise daily tasks, uphold high standards in gardening services, and ensure client satisfaction through excellent communication and team coordination.What You’ll Be Doing
Crew Leadership & OperationsSupervise and lead a gardening crew, delegating daily tasks like weeding, planting, pruning, and mulchingConduct daily safety meetings and ensure adherence to health and safety protocolsProvide on-site coaching to improve performance and maintain standardsPlan and manage garden maintenance schedules and ensure proper use of tools and equipmentMonitor equipment condition and report repair needs to the Head GardenerClient Service & Quality ControlAct as the on-site contact for clients, resolving concerns professionallyPerform site inspections to ensure work meets company and client expectationsTrack and report on completed tasks, crew hours, and material usageDocument incidents or safety concerns and report them as requiredWhat We’re Looking For
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of gardening, landscaping, or related experienceSupervisory experience preferredValid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean recordSkills & TraitsKnowledge of plant care, gardening tools, and landscape techniquesStrong leadership, time management, and organizational abilitiesEffective communication and team-building skillsPhysically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various conditionsWhy Join Us?
