As an Industrial Product Designer on our team, you'll play a hands-on role in bringing new products to life from concept to manufacturing, helping shape everything from functional accessories and packaging to the custom machinery that produces them.You'll work on-site with a multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers, and makers to research, sketch, prototype, test, and manufacture real-world products using a wide range of materials, from fabric and metals to rubber, edible ingredients, and more.This is a dream role for a designer who loves getting their hands dirty, solving real problems, and seeing their creations hit the market."What You'll Do
- Design Pet Products from the Ground Up: Research, sketch, prototype, and refine innovative pet products using materials like textiles, metals, rubber, food-grade ingredients, packaging components, and more.
- Develop for In-House Manufacturing: Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure your designs are not only beautiful and functional, but also manufacturable in our own facility.
- Design Machines and Processes: Create custom tools, jigs, or even full manufacturing processes and machinery to help bring your product concepts to life.
- Prototype Rapidly: Use 3D printing, modeling, and physical testing to iterate quickly and improve product performance and design.

- Comfortable working across a variety of materials and product types

- Hands-on, curious, and driven by real-world problem solving
- Organized, self-directed, and collaborative
- Strong CAD skills—Fusion 360 is our primary design software
- Experience with 3D printing, physical prototyping, and workshop tools
- Knowledge of manufacturing techniques including injection molding, fabrication, and small-scale assembly
- Rendering skills using tools like Cinema 4D, Octane Render, Blender, or similar
- Bonus: Experience with product safety testing, edible product design, or packaging
- Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Mechanical Design, or related field (or equivalent real-world experience)
- 2+ years of product design experience preferred, but we value skill and creativity over titles
