- Opportunity to effect change and make a difference!Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and complete repairs in compliance with company policy and manufacturer guidelines;
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and electrical systems;
- Test equipment post-repair to ensure optimal performance;
- Maintain well-organized work orders;
- Maintain regular communication with managers regarding repair progress and issues;
- Collaborate within a team to address daily operational requirements;
- Keep workshop and equipment areas clean and organized;
- Provide guidance and training to junior maintenance staff;
- Recommend improvements to processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency; and
- Adhere to safe work practices.Qualifications:- 310T certification or Red Seal Licence
- Valid G driver's license is a must
- Preferred: Clean DZ license and a spotless driving record;
- Must own tools required for the job;
- Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems is advantageous;
- Proficient in troubleshooting techniques;
- Basic computer skills are necessary;
- Preferred: Previous experience using online preventative maintenance programs;
- Capable of standing, lifting 60 lbs, carrying, bending, twisting for extended periods;
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal);
- Reliable, punctual, team-oriented individual.
