Location: Saint-Laurent, Montreal (must be comfortable relocating to Montreal East within 5 months)
Shift: To be confirmedWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inventory Coordinator to join our warehouse operations team in Saint-Laurent. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on inventory control experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization.Key Responsibilities:Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, reporting findings to managementMaintain accurate filing systems and inventory documentationLiaise between warehouse operations and clients, providing daily communication and required reportsVerify physical inventory counts against Warehouse Management System (WMS) recordsPerform and schedule cycle counts, incidental audits, and location auditsInvestigate and report inventory variancesCoordinate and participate in scheduled physical inventories as directed by the clientProcess damaged inventory and complete month-end cutoff proceduresSupport management with space utilization and inventory availability planningDeliver prompt client responses and escalate feedback appropriatelyQualifications & Experience:Completion of secondary school preferredMinimum 2 years of hands-on Inventory Control experience in a warehouse environmentExperience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS), preferably Red Prairie (RP)Clamp experience considered an assetCore Competencies:Strong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS OfficeExcellent mathematical and analytical abilitiesHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsProblem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environmentCustomer service–oriented with a commitment to qualityAbility to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periodsFlexible, team-oriented, and capable of working independentlyPositive attitude with strong interpersonal skillsThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced inventory professional looking to grow within a dynamic warehouse environment.
