Manage new work requested with operations and maintenance supervisors
Prepare preventive maintenance plans that are aligned with the mill's maintenance goals
Monitor work order completion, backlog, and schedule compliance to ensure machine reliability
Ensuring the correct materials, services and tooling are available to perform the required work
Working within a cross-functional team.

Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a Degree in Electrical Engineering
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities with the capability to work cross-functionally.
Knowledge of environmental regulations and safety standards within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
