- Hours: 20 hours per week (with potential for more)
- Compensation: $17.00 per hour
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies aligned with each clients goals and brand identity.
- Create monthly content calendars tailored to the needs of multiple companies.
- Design and produce engaging social media content, including graphics, captions, and videos, for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and others.
- Write clear, compelling, and brand-aligned social media copy.
- Source and curate relevant industry content to enhance engagement and thought leadership.
- Manage content scheduling and posting through platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or native scheduling tools.
- Ensure timely and consistent publishing aligned with the company's marketing strategies.
- Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities.
- Respond to inquiries and interact with followers professionally and strategically.
- Track and report on key social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize content strategies.
- Work closely with leadership and marketing teams to understand business objectives and translate them into social media initiatives.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and social media best practices.
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Interest in finance, business, and professional services is a plus.
- Hands-on experience managing corporate social media accounts.
- Exposure to financial, investment, and business services industries.
- Flexible scheduling around academic commitments.
