- Oversee full project performance, documentation control, cost tracking, and schedule management.
- Collaborate with the Superintendent on construction planning, work methods, and project execution strategies.
- Lead project startup meetings, OAC meetings, and weekly team huddles.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to the project team, ensuring accountability and effective task delegation.
- Manage project profitability, forecasting, and budget controls.
- Oversee procurement for all divisions unless owner-supplied.
- Lead the change management process, including negotiation, cost impacts, and approvals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to schedule, quality standards, safety requirements, and contract obligations.
- Manage project close-out activities, occupancy, commissioning, turnover packages, and final reporting.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction, engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of direct Project Management experience within ICI or institutional construction.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, specifications, materials, contracts, and scheduling.
- Proven success delivering complex ICI projects from start to finish.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to lead high-performing teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Experience with risk management, change management, and project reporting.
- Experience with Procore, Jonas, and/or SharePoint.
- PMP or Gold Seal Certification.
- Previous field experience.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $170,000 CAD.
