- Manage and maintain the Access Control System, processing access requests, and programming system updates.
- Develop, implement, and provide ongoing training for the Visitor Management System, ensuring all security personnel are up to date.
- Administer and troubleshoot the CCTV System, conducting data entry, analysis, and maintenance of security footage.
- Lead a team of 4 Shift Supervisors, 1 Communications Center Supervisor, and 1 Trailer Control Supervisor, ensuring smooth security operations.
- Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain the highest level of security and compliance.
- Provide direct operational support by overseeing day-to-day security activities for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Assist the Manager, Security Operations in developing and implementing security programs.
- Respond to and coordinate emergency situations, making critical decisions under high-pressure circumstances.
- Investigate security incidents, document findings, and prepare detailed incident reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify and resolve operational concerns that may impact security program plans and budgets.
- Coordinate scheduling and payroll reporting for security personnel.
- Manage security system activities, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Analyze and compile statistical reports and data spreadsheets, including monthly and year-end security reports.
