- Support administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and document prep.
- Coordinate office supplies and maintain an orderly workspace.
- Assist staff and management with ad-hoc support tasks.
- 2-4+ years in a reception or administrative support role in a professional office.
- High School Diploma (Business Admin certificate/diploma is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Polished, professional, and organized with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; database/system experience is a bonus.
- Weekly pay while on assignment
