- Locate and attract qualified, potential IT applicants.
- Communicate with potential applicants via video chat, phone, email, or in-person (when possible).
- Screen resumes and interview candidates for various positions and within multiple locations of the organization.
- Building, creating and utilizing recruiting strategies and social media tools designed to identify and source qualified passive candidates.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with universities, colleges and local organizations to participate in job fairs or networking events.
- Assist with the preparation of offer letters and related onboarding functions.
- Other related functions as deemed necessary.
- A minimum of 2+ years in a dedicated IT recruitment role.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with an ability to represent the brand professionally.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for working with people.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable sorting through and analyzing large amounts of data to find the ideal target candidate.
- Ability to talk confidently on the phone and learn about candidates' professional backgrounds.
- Ability to build a connection with potential candidates over the phone. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media applications.
