- Develop and maintain strategic product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Quarterback cross-functional projects where execution relies on cross-functional teams
- Advocate for user needs, utilizing research insights to enhance the user experience and overall product quality
- Identify, evaluate and prioritize new revenue streams and monetization opportunities
- Collaborate with network engineering teams to understand technical capabilities, trends and constraints
- Partner with consumer marketing to ensure successful go-to-market execution
- Develop detailed business requirements and user stories for development teams
- Map end-to-end customer journeys to identify optimization opportunities
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for strategic initiatives and product performance
- Post-secondary degree/certification in business/commerce, technology or a related discipline
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in product management, business development, consulting or related fields
- A business-ownership mentality, with a proven track record of bringing new products or services to market
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to hold others accountable to deliver on a plan
- Strategic thinking and business acumen; leverages data-driven thinking to support decision-making
- Strong storytelling skills; able to present complex information effectively to all levels of the organization
- Experience in handling large datasets and performing complex data manipulations
- Solid understanding of wireless network technologies and telecommunications market dynamics
- Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling value propositions for diverse audiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- An MBA, or certification in product management, project management or related field
- Industry experience in wireless telecommunications, technology or consumer products
