- Prepare, review, and post all drilling and third-party invoices in coordination with the contracts, accounting, and accounts payable departments
- Analyze rig tour sheets and drilling contracts to ensure accurate charge-out rates and billing
- Create and maintain well files in SharePoint, storing all related documentation for each rig/job
- Distribute invoices to operators via mail, email, and electronic transfer; report operating days to CAODC
- Support general accounting functions, including month-end reporting, accrual entries, billing reconciliations, and other assigned duties
- Strong team player with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, self-disciplined, and eager to learn with a willingness to take on additional training
- Minimum 3-5 years of invoicing experience in the drilling industry
- Familiarity with accounting procedures and information systems; SAP experience is an asset
- High school diploma required
