- Monitor project progress against timelines, milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies to support successful delivery
- Track and manage project financials, including budgets, forecasts, actuals, and cost-to-complete estimates
- Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates to provide visibility into project health and performance
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and assist in developing mitigation and resolution plans
- Maintain project governance documentation, logs, and compliance records to ensure accuracy and alignment with standards
- Coordinate communication between project managers, delivery teams, and stakeholders to support alignment and decision-making
- Support project planning, scheduling, and governance activities by ensuring established processes and controls are followed
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project controls, reporting practices, and governance processes
- 3+ years of experience supporting project delivery in a Project Control Officer, Project Coordinator, or Project Analyst capacity
- Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, budgeting, and risk/issue management within structured project environments
- Proven experience supporting multiple workstreams simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines effectively
- Hands-on experience preparing dashboards, status reports, and executive-level summaries for stakeholders
- Strong financial acumen with experience tracking budgets, forecasts, and project actuals
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to identifying gaps, risks, and inefficiencies
- Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with project managers, business stakeholders, and delivery teams
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, enterprise environments with established processes and governance frameworks
- Self-starter who can operate independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, Jira, or similar platforms
